*Items must be returned in it’s original condition, unworn, with all labels/tags intact. Items must be free from stains, damages, and/or odor (Smoke, perfume, etc)

*Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. *Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error (Incorrect or defective item etc).

*Please notify us immediately via email at Lavishbyposh@hotmail.com with your order number and details about any item you wish to exchange... Please include your original packing slip. If you’ve misplaced it, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number. Do indicate preferred size, color or merchandise credit.
